The goal is to destroy enemies' towers and compete for domination over the world space in order to conquer it. Metin2 is a free to play online-only multiplayer RPG which has no set number of players able to join in that particular instance, and there is no subscription fee or any payment required to play that game. The aim of this game is only to beat every other player and you can win this war by destroying enemy towers and cities, however do not forget that during this war you will always be attacked. Metin 2 inherits the gameplay style of one of its main components, the Korean MMORPG "Rakion". The game features three different modes: PVP, PvE and PvPvE (Player versus player versus environment, or Player versus environment versus enemy players). The game is one of the few games that offers both PvP (player vs. player) and PvE (player vs. environment) gameplay. The game also features an Epic Quest system similar to World of Warcraft's talent trees, Commonly known as Skill tree
Each character can have up to 3 characters on a single account. If you want to make a 2nd character, you will need to delete your original one (which allows one character per account). With the 3rd character, if you don't plan on using it often, you can leave the room of the character unclaimed and just use it for equipment swapping.
Every players can create up to three characters on a single account and they can play all of them at once or play one at a time. You can delete your characters anytime but any items or money spent on them will be lost. If there is at least 1 unclaimed room in your account, you will be able to save items by depositing them in your bank/mule. When you first create a character, you will be given a name and flags (Red, Blue and Green). The flags of each side give some bonuses to the player depending on their color. The Red team has a 50% more EXP bonus and the Blue team has 20% more gold. When you make your 2nd character, those flags will be shared between both characters; those bonuses will then apply to that character as well and separately from the other two. However if there is no unclaimed space in your account, you can only earn EXP/G by playing PVP matches. Along with PVP matches, there is also PvE which allows players to explore dungeons and explore the world more than usual.
